The third Saturday of the month is a special hill running workout (all welcome).

Wet Weather Arrangements

It is our policy to train in all weather conditions. We NEVER cancel a workout due to bad weather conditions.
In the case of heavy rain, we can usually find somewhere under cover to train,
so bad weather conditions is no excuse to miss your workout!
