Why is Personal Training so good?
Out-Fit PT (personal training) sessions allow your trainer to closely match the intensity of the session to your ability level. You may have unique requirements for your trainer to address (for example working around an existing injury) or you may just like to be pushed hard in your workouts for fast results. In this case Out-Fit PT sessions are for you!
Out-Fit PT sessions give you the freedom to choose your own preferences in relation to types of exercise activities. Some like lots of boxing while others like kettlebells or cardio training. Whatever your preference, you can be sure your trainer will design a unique programme to suit your needs.
Out-Fit PT sessions allow you to train when it suits YOU. You may like to book one or more regular sessions each week or just ring for a special session when time permits.
They are a great way to train with your partner or family, or you may be just a group of friends who have a common goal of improved fitness.
