Out-Fit PT Sessions

Out-Fit PT (personal training) sessions allow your trainer to closely match the intensity of the session to your ability level and give you the freedom of choosing your own preferences in relation to types of exercise activities.

Out-Fit PT sessions allow you to train when it suits you, these sessions are available by appointment only
at various times Monday to Friday.

Wet Weather Arrangements

I have NEVER cancelled a workout due to wet weather.
There is always somewhere under cover that we can use,
so if you don’t want to miss a workout during wet weather,
I will definitely be there waiting for you.
