Powerbands
High resistance flat rubber band. Unrivalled for working the legs & butt. They are also great for anaerobic conditioning.
Rope Whipping
No other activity can get you exhausted in just one minute like this one can! Upper body strength, core control, cardio, fat burning - it has it all!
Running Activities
Hated by many, loved by some but no one can deny that there are huge benefits to be had from running. Hills, stairs, intervals - all are great!
Stretching
A flexible body is a healthy body Helps minimise muscle strains.
Barbells
We lift barbells in a way that exercises the WHOLE body. At Out-Fit we don’t do isolation exercises!
Boxing for Fitness
Boxers are some of the fittest athletes on the planet. We use some of the training skills without the need to enter the ring.
TRX
Use your own body weight and gravity to form a fun workout that builds strength and core control. Our most popular workout device.
Dumbbells
Dumbbells are great for upper body muscle development. With short rest breaks you will experience the best in high intensity training.
Agility Drills
Great for developing explosive speed and cardio fitness. High intensity fat burning!
Bodyweight Exercise
The most underestimated method of health & fitness development. Often used in a fun circuit format.
Russian Kettlebells
No better way to develop functional strength. Can be targeted for muscle development or fat burning cardio.
Medicine Balls
Medicine balls are great for cardio and fat burning. ideally suited to running and passing based activities. Great for partner drills also.
Fitness Kickboxing
Gets the legs and butt active and develops cardio fitness and core control due to the balance requirements when kicking.
Power Wheel
An extreme challenge for the abs and core. Your abs will be on fire after a short workout on the wheel!
Power Bags
Good old fashioned method for developing strength, power & fitness. The unstable nature of the bag is its greatest asset as an exercise tool.
