Why are my attempts to get fit failing? The answer is easy ..
1. You are not training often enough - you need to be training 3-4 times per week to get results. 2. You are not training with enough intensity - no point working out at a lazy pace. 3. You are destroying all the good workouts with poor dietary choices.
